Portal use
The portal is provided for clients to manage project communication, approvals, invoices, and payment actions with Keybit Services.
Account responsibility
Keep account access details confidential and use the portal only for legitimate business use connected to your services.
Invoices and payment
Invoice totals and payment status are maintained by Keybit systems with webhook-confirmed settlement where applicable.
Online card payments are processed through Keybit Payments (`pay.keybit.co.uk`) using Stripe as payment processor.
Availability
We aim for reliable availability but may perform maintenance or security updates that temporarily impact access.
