Who we are

Keybit Services provides this client portal for project communication, artwork approvals, invoicing, and payment support.

Data we process

Account and contact data such as name, business details, email address, and phone number.

Project and communication data including uploaded files, messages, approvals, and invoice references.

Security and service data such as login/session events, request metadata, and audit logs.

Payment metadata for invoice reconciliation. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in this portal.

Why we process data

To deliver contracted services, support account access, process invoices, prevent abuse, and maintain service integrity.

Lawful bases we rely on

Performance of a contract for delivering requested services and billing.

Legitimate interests for fraud prevention, account security, and service operations.

Compliance with legal obligations for accounting and record keeping.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with processors that support service delivery, including payment processing and hosting/infrastructure providers.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention and rights
